My approach for this book is to create a guide that you can access everyday to potencialze your sprint.
To make a very clear guide I like to illustrate using the Double Diamond. This is easier to understand and is super visual to see when you need to expand your possibilities and when you need to narrow down and focus in something.
Pre-Work
It’s like a pre-train. Everything you can define before starting the sprint will boost or maximize the results.
I divide the book into 2 parts:
Part I Design the right thing: we don’t have all the time of the world so we need to understand what are the things we should focus on.
Part II Design things right: once the challenges is set and ready to start we should be doing thing correctly to avoid any waste or rework.
It never gets easier. You just get better.
